Modern Secular Public School, Dhuri, Affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, is committed to providing quality education to students from classes Nursery to XII. Transportation Rules

For Students


1. Reach bus stop 10 minutes before scheduled arrival time.

2. Board and alight from bus in silence and orderly manner.

3. Use only allotted bus and bus stop.

4. Occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding.

5. Keep aisle clear and belongings properly placed.

6. Don't put body parts outside bus or throw objects.

7. Behave cordially and courteously.

** Bullies or fights will face disciplinary action.

For Staff Members
 

1. Teachers boarding bus are responsible for maintaining discipline.

2. Report serious offenses to Principal immediately.

General Transportation Rules
 

1. Transportation fee is fixed based on distance from school.

2. School reserves right to alter timings, routes, and stops.

3. Parents must collect Permission Slip if student will not use school transport.

4. No student allowed to ride motorcycle/scooter to school.

5. Parents responsible for student's commuting safety if not using school transport.

Child Protection Policy


1. School has Child Abuse Monitoring Committee.

2. Report any abuse or misbehavior.

3. CCTV cameras monitor school premises.

  • Ensure your ward is well-groomed and dressed in proper school uniform.

  • Apply for leave in advance.

  • Medical certificate required for absence due to sickness.

  • Absence without leave may result in fine or dismissal.

  • No re-test for absent students on test days.

  • Attend PTMs and PTA meetings.

  • Download school app for updates.

  • Respond to school messages diligently.

  • Meet teachers during free periods with prior permission.

  • Pay fees on or before 10th of every month.

  • Late fee charged after due date.

  • Payment by cash or cheque only.

Withdrawal and Re-admission

One month's notice or fee required for withdrawal.
Re-admission fee equal to one month's school fee.

School's Right
 School reserves right to ask parents to withdraw ward.
Immorality, in-subordination, or damage to school property may result in withdrawal.
