Grievance Redressal Process
1. Submission of Grievance:-Grievance can be submitted through complaint box, email, or directly to any committee member
2. Acknowledgment:-Complaint acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
3. Investigation:-Committee investigates the matter thoroughly and impartially
4. Resolution:-Appropriate resolution proposed within 7 working days
5. Follow-up:-Regular follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution

1.) All grievances must be submitted in writing
2.) Anonymous complaints will be considered only if they contain substantial information
3.) The committee meets every Wednesday to review complaints
4.) Complainants will be updated about the progress of their grievance
5.) The decision of the committee is final and binding
