Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Committee aims to provide a platform for concerns and complaints, ensure prompt and fair resolution, foster a supportive environment, improve communication and relationships, and enhance overall well-being of all stakeholders.

Our committee is committed to addressing grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, ensuring that every concern is heard and appropriately resolved.

Grievance Redressal Process

1. Submission of Grievance

Grievance can be submitted through complaint box, email, or directly to any committee member

2. Acknowledgment

Complaint acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt

3. Investigation

Committee investigates the matter thoroughly and impartially

4. Resolution

Appropriate resolution proposed within 7 working days

5. Follow-up

Regular follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution

Important Notes:

1. All grievances must be submitted in writing

2. Anonymous complaints will be considered only if they contain substantial information

3. The committee meets every Wednesday to review complaints

4. Complainants will be updated about the progress of their grievance

5.The decision of the committee is final and binding
